By purchasing DG Bullets Company products you the consumer enter this agreement:
You the customer certify that you are 18 years or older. You the consumer agree to release DG Bullets Company, its employees, owners and suppliers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses and charges resulting from the direct, indirect and/or misuse of any product purchased from DG Bullets Company or any of its affiliates. Suggestions and information on our website is designed to educate the consumer. Any and all decisions to act on the information provided and use of our product is done so at the discretion of the individual consumer. DG Bullets Company accepts no liability for any alleged harm resulting from the use or misuse of the information and products available on our website. You the consumer agrees to follow all state and local laws in regards to the purchase of ammunition and reloading components. This includes but is not limited to any and all claims, legal fees, and costs associated thereof.
The consumer/individual assumes any and all risk associated with the use and/or misuse of the product purchased as well as information provided.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will NOT exchange or refund if you have ordered the wrong product or wrong quantity. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
